C. PROCEDURE TO SUPPLY A COUNTER-NOTICE:

If we believe that the Content removed is not infringing, we may submit a counter-notice including: 1. Identification of removed Content; 2. Statement of good faith; 3. Contact information; 4. Consent to jurisdiction; 5. Signature. If a counter-notice is received, we may restore the Content within 10–14 business days unless legal action is taken.
